  • How do I get started with Forex Worldwide?
    Opening an account with Forex Worldwide is quick and easy. Please complete our online registration. Once you have registered and your account has been activated, you can instantly start making FX transfers.
  • What documentation do I need to provide for opening an account?
    Before Forex Worldwide can activate your account it is necessary for us to verify your identity under Australian law. For individuals, we ask that you provide an electronic copy of one proof of ID (e.g. passport or driver licence) and one proof of address not older than 3 months (e.g. utility bill or bank statement). The process is different for various corporate structures so please contact one of our friendly staff members on 1300 369 973 / (03) 9008 1880 or by email at admin@forexworldwide.com if you have any questions.
  • Where do I send the supporting documentation to open an account?
    You can send supporting documentation to admin@forexworldwide.com or by post to Level 2, 100 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
